Owen Street Development

Owen Street is a new high density development designed for central city living.

Located on the Level 3 roof terrace two external stone reflective water tables sit within a stone bench seat creating a sense of space on this roof terrace.

Both trapezoidal in shape with overall maximum dimensions of 5.9m x 2.9m – upper terrace and 6.9m x 2.6m – lower terrace at a height above paving of 0.5m.

Water flows equally over the four sides of the feature to ensure an undisturbed shallow pool of water, which in non-windy conditions, creates a superficial film which mirrors the architecture of the surrounding buildings and “disappears”, as if by magic!
