Two water features either side of the entrance to the Boulevard provide new signage for the existing development. The water flows over the horizontal section of glass and then down the vertical face behind the signage.
Both features are illuminated by white LED light to enhance the appearance. During the evening time the LED lights illuminate the water features bringing a whole new aspect to that of the daytime.
The frame was designed to accommodate the mechanical and electrical equipment, lighting and granite. The water feature works were constructed off-site within the framework and delivered ready for installation of the glass and granite. This approach ensured there was minimal disruption on site for the existing occupants.
