The water feature is situated in an urban business quarter, St Petersfield, in Ashton under Lyne, on a paved plaza area.

The feature comprises of two banks of 12 jets, arranged in a straight line, that extend up to two meters above the pavement. A set of 24 pods with an architectural grill covering which are flush with the surrounding paving house the underwater LED lighting and jets.
