Commercial Garden Winner at the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) Awards 2013

Fountains & Features Ltd are delighted that Hove based Acre Landscapes has been named the Commercial Garden Winner at the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL) Awards 2013 in London on 13 March 2013 for their creation of hard and soft landscaping of ‘Chelsea Creek’, a residential new build scheme built along the River Thames and also part of Chelsea Village and Imperial Wharf.

Acre Landscapes were employed to carry out the hard and soft landscaping of ‘Chelsea Creek’ a residential new build scheme built along the River Thames and also part of Chelsea Village and Imperial Wharf. The project comprised of two distinct areas being the Street and the Podium. The Street provides attractive, stylish granite walkways and sign boards as well as having a variety of planting including trees, shrubs, grasses and hedging. The Podium offers a central garden complete with a lawn, raised beds, climbers, seating and a water feature.

The judges commented: “A lot of work has gone into the creation of this bold yet attractive scheme. A strong piece of construction.”

Fountains & Features Ltd built and installed the entrance water feature to the Street and the Podium water feature.
